We know what it's like to order something online and wait...

Which is why ship orders within 24 hours of them being placed. Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Which courier do you ship with?
We generally deliver orders with Australia Post. In checkout, you will have the option of choosing an available shipping method (standard or express) - depending on your order size.

Can I track my order?
You sure can. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email within 24 hours updating you with your order's tracking number and link.

Where are you based?
We're an Australian owned and operated company based in Adelaide (South Australia).

What if my order is damaged or it doesn't arrive?
All orders are shipped with full insurance coverage. In the highly unlikely event that an order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, we will replace it or refund the order entirely.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery generally takes 3-12 days to major cities, sometimes longer to rural areas. There can also be delays due to weather, customs inspections and so on that are outside of our control.
